instantOffr provides a platform for professionals to create, share, and manage digital offers and proposals. We are a software provider and are not a party to any agreements made between you and your clients.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the confidentiality of your magic links. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service.
  • If you downgrade your plan, you may lose access to certain features or capacity.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Distribute malware or malicious code.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. We claim no ownership over your offers or client information.

7. Limitation of Liability

instantOffr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service or any agreements made through the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
